Bags/filters guide and maintenance

Ensuring Your Central Vacuum’s Performance and Longevity

Regular maintenance of the bags and filters in a central vacuum system is essential to maintain suction power and prolong the system’s lifespan. Hybrid vacuums can operate with or without a bag; if a bag is used, it should be replaced when it is three-quarters full to avoid loss of performance. Filters should also be cleaned or replaced to prevent dust buildup and protect the motor, especially when the vacuum is used without a bag. Proper maintenance ensures better air quality, reduces wear on components, and guarantees optimal system performance.
